November 12, weekend 2006 I borrowed my boyfriend's car to go and visit my twin sister in Norfolk, VA. On my way home I got into a wreck. ( There was a van in front of me and I was a good half a car length behind him. He put on his left blinker and got into the other lane and slightly turned down a dirt road to the left. I kept going straight and the driver of the van done a U-turn, to turn down the paved road that was to the right of us. He hit me in the driver side of the car. The car was totaled I gave a statment of what happened. I was not given a ticket the 16 year old boy was given a ticket for improper u-turn.) The fall of 2008 i recevied a letter in the mail that I was being suied for the damages to the van and that my license would also be suspended until the debt was paid. I never gotten anyting in the mail about a court date or anything. Which is no excuse, however, come to find out the reason I am being suied is because there was no insurance on the car I borrowed although I had an insurance car that looked to be active. Now, I can't work to make money to pay because I can't drive. No one will help me and I don't know where to start. i have called the collections and asked to be put on a payment paln and they say I have to pay at least half before they will do anything. The debt in the beginning was $4300, now it is at $6100. How can I at least get my licese reinstated if nothing else. I can't worka nd make money unless I can drive to work to make the money. UGH It's so stressful and I have cried about this so many times. I just don't know what to do.

Planning my first Snowboarding holiday, any advice would be helpful!?

Renting is the easy part. Learning HURTS so bring pain meds. To save yourself lots of pain and possibly broken bones, when you fall back, roll with it. When you fall forward, use your whole forearms to catch yourself. If you don't, your likely to get a broken or bruised tailbone, broken wrist, concussion, or a MAJOR headache. Wear a helmet too. It helps a lot. Start off on easy, un-crowded hills. For clothing, you NEED waterproof gloves and snowpants of you'll be freezing. I taught myself to snowboard so It's possible but if you take group lessons, you could find someone to snowboard with while you aren't in lessons. This is just all the stuff I wish I knew before I started learning to snowboard. Sorry I can't help with the rest.

Motherboards has various fan headers on them. Make sure your cpu fan is plugged into the header that says "cpu" on the board. If you have the cpu fan plugged into a 4 pin connector off the power supply see if you have an option in the bios where you can turn your cpu fan monitoring off. If not use a 4 to 3 pin adaptor. Even plugging a 3 pin case fan onto the cpu fan header will stop it from giving you that message. Without a load(fan) on that header the board thinks your cpu fan isn't working.

Why can't christians just face the fact that for some gay people it is the way they were made. The two biggest examples I can think of is former reverand ted haggard and rev mel white. Haggard says he "is a hetroual man with issues" which is just a nice way of sugar coating the obvious. Of course he isn't going to come out and say he is gay which he is. He always has been and always will be. And reverand mel white is another gay preacher who has done everything under the sun to change but it is the way he was made and has married his gay partner. We had our 14 year old lhasa put to sleep and I have been asking myself if I should have waited. He could no longer walk or hold in his bodily functions but he was still alert and his appetite was great. The vet said that we were doing the right thing but I feel like I let him down. How to maintain my appetite as well as cravings?

Okay well I'm not over weight but I feel very fat for my age and i feel as if all my friends are skinnier then me :\ I know I know, everyone has body image issues but I don't think people know just how down on myself I can get. I go to the gym almost every day or at least second day, and I try my hardest to eat healthy foods. I never skip meals, I always have breakfast then recess then lunch then a snack after school and then dinner. Lately its been really really hot though and I've noticed I've been extra hungry, especially for sugary and fatty foods. When I eat like that I can't enjoy it any more and I get really upset. I didn't have a great diet as a kid and I think its effecting my teenage years, even though I eat quite healthy now. Last week I went to visit my friend at college and I met this great girl. My friend's gf was visiting and she brought a friend from her school with her so it wouldn't be weird for me. Prius Gas Millage Dropped?

When I bought my Toyota Prius I was averaging about 52 to 54 miles to the gallon. It stayed that way till I hit about 35,000 miles now it has dropped to about 45. The only thing I did was change the tires, but I maintain the air pressure. I have several friends with the Prius and they are still maintaining high 57 to 52.They all have ethanol in gas where they live too. Does something happen to the engine as miles are applied. Can't put my 8 weeks son on feeding schedule. Help!?

I've been trying to put my 8 weeks son on feeding schedule for the past week but it seems impossible. He's both fed and bottle fed (pumped out milk and formula) but mostly on bottle (I only feed him twice a day.) I tried to feed him every 3hrs and about 3 oz each time, but so far, he has been unable to keep that schedule. Sometimes he can only take in 2 oz, sometimes he seems to be able to have more than 3 oz. Many times he needs to eat 1 hr after I just fed him. It's like the only time I can get him to wait more than 3 hrs to eat is when he's taking a nap. I am careful about reading his cues to make sure I do not interpret tiredness with hunger. I also use pacifiers to stretch out the time, but most of the time it doesn't work. After 10 min or so, he spits out the pacifier. It's driving me crazy with about 12 times of feeding per day... Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

I am a 24 year old girl living in the U.S i am originally from Colombia and and from a Colombia-Irish family. My mom & i moved back to the U.S when i was 15 but ended up going back home. I am with my partner since i was 16 and am engaged and i love him dearly. He was part of a very dangerous gang back home and i ended up leaving him as i could live with it anymore, He joined & was talked into the gang life when he was 10 years old so it was all he knew, He is now 3 years away from that lifestyle, He left so we could be together. We are both living in New Jersey near my family as my parents split and have jobs etc. I finally got myself a really good job. I still go back to Colombia to see my dad, but my partner cant come with me as he is a 'marked' man there. Sometimes at night he will wake up with nightmares from his past and what he has done, i just wish he could forget it all. He had so much hatred back there and lost control of his life to the gang. I feel terrible sometimes when i look at him and see him as an ex murderer that he was & whatever else he did but i now see how changed he is, going to church etc. I hate myself for thinking like that as i adore him. What would be the best thing for us to do? Any advice would be great & please don't judge me, Thank you.

You are always going to have people in this world that are compliant to what they are told. It doesn't matter how many questions you raise they will always come back with where's your proof, when you come back with proof it will be well how do I know that what you have shown me is real? Ironically it is the same feeling that people who question their government have about what their government tells them. I think that some people can't bring themselves to think that our government could be lying to them and could have done something or let something like 9/11 happen to it's citizens. I honestly don't think they could handle it. There are so many factors on why so many choose to not open their minds to broader perspectives. They have been told time and time again that people that ask these kind of questions are "Conspiracy Nuts". Most people want to try and fit in so a lot will not even question and automatically go on the defensive toward anyone who does so that they will be sure to not be lumped in with this "Conspiracy Nut" tag. You shouldn't get mad at them they just have a different way of thinking than you. I know it is frustrating though. I too think people should not worry about labels and be more open minded to what is happening around them. I am worried about my mother?

My mom just told me that she has been bleeding from the bowels for about two years. it happens about 4 times a month. she was in tears saying that she does not want to die. I was going to take her Straight to the hospital last night. but she would not let me she is worried she might have cancer. She said that if I make a appointment for her on monday she will go. I know you not doctors but if anyone has had this and knows what it might be that would help. I searched the internet and got nothing. she also has hemorrhoids and thinks they might be bleeding. its red blood so its not internal bleeding as it would be black. My mom also drinks every day and is always drunk when I call her. She is a alcoholic and its a illness but I think its caught up with her. She is also a heavy smoker so I don't think things look good for her. She is also very thin about 110 pounds and is 51 years old. She is also going threw menopause too.I know I cant make her stop drinking or smoking but I don't want to lose her. She is to young to die please I am in tears right now. Monday seems to far away.
