Game Software Knowledge??? What would i put in the blank on the GameStop Application?

On the GameStop Application you guys kno where it has the box with the 3 questions??? Well i kno the 1st question what does the employer want me to put on the 2nd and 3rd question...The 2nd questions reads Game Software Knowledge, and the 3rd question reads Pc knowledge,,, What do I put in those blanks...(Like i want the answer not just suggestions and from someone that has actually gotten the job) Thanks♥Rosie♥
