How can we tell that Romney is the best Republican candidate?

Could it be because the left is attacking him, while singing the praises of McCain and Huckabee? Supporting McCain because he was a POW a quarter century ago, or Huckabee simply because he was a Baptist preacher is like buying a car because you like the color.
