I like this boy but my family doesnt approve! what should i do?

I just moved and my neighbor is a guy from my homeroom cl. i started hanging out with him and started to like him. one day my sis stole my phone and texted him asking if he would go out with me . he said no and gave a whole story about how he didnt want to make a mistake. i still like him but he is being really mean to my sisters and sometimes to me. but i still like him! and today his mom came and told me not to talk to him or his sister. what should i do?
