Recipe for hershey cake ?

It is a Hershey chocolate sheet cake and once the cake is baked you use a fork to put holes in the cake. There is a icing recipe made from hershey cocoa, pecans powder sugar and milk. The icing is cooked over the stove and then pour over the cake.
