What else can i do to improve my scar?

I have a scar on my wrist, I kept cutting over it with a comp and it was red and raised, i flattened it with a nail file, but it's still there. The skin around it is discoloured. I put almond and eucalyptus oil on it, as well as Palmer's cocoa er lotion, baby oil with aloe vera and vit e, Vaseline and sudocreme. What else can I do to get rid of it as soon as poss?
